Achieve a smooth and beautiful polished finish! For polishing cutter marks after smooth grinding or machining.
"Ceramic Stone" is a new type of grinding stone that incorporates alumina fibers into resin. The fibers are densely packed, and since they always protrude from the surface in a sharp shape, they grind effectively. The alumina fibers used in this product have a tensile strength of 2 GPa and an elastic modulus of 210 GPa, making them resistant to breaking and deformation even in sheets thinner than 1 mm. It is suitable for smooth polishing after electrical discharge machining and for grinding cutter marks after machining. 【Features】 ■ Fibers are densely packed ■ Fibers always protrude from the surface in a sharp shape, allowing for effective grinding ■ The regeneration of cutting edges can be smoothly repeated, allowing use until the last fragment ■ The surface roughness of the polished surface is uniform, with fewer scratches ■ Chips are less likely to clog, and can be easily removed with simple dressing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
