Cost reduction by switching from wooden pallets and wooden frames! For the export of heavy items over 500kg, such as large motors, reducers, and inverters, as well as precision equipment!
The cardboard pallet "Navi Palette" is the ideal packaging material for exporting large motors, reducers, inverters, and other heavy items and precision equipment weighing over 500 kg. Using untreated wooden pallets or wooden frame packaging during export can lead to the attachment of pests and diseases that may harm the importing country. To prevent this, over 80 countries worldwide require disinfection and labeling in accordance with the international standard ISPM No. 15 "Regulations for Wood Packaging Material in International Trade" to be conducted in the exporting country. With the cardboard pallet "Navi Palette," there is no need for any of the above treatments, as it is processed at high temperatures during the manufacturing process. It is actively adopted for the export of heavy items and precision equipment weighing over 500 kg, such as large motors, reducers, and inverters. 【Are you facing these issues with wooden frame packaging?】 ■ Struggling with wooden frame packaging becoming industrial waste ■ Lack of space for wooden frame packaging materials ■ Wanting to package more safely ■ Wanting to package more easily ■ Wanting to use cardboard packaging but thinking it is difficult due to product weight ■ Needing fumigation treatment during export, which incurs high costs *For more details, please refer to various catalogs and case studies.
