Establishment of an emulsion combustion method that does not require emulsifiers! A small-sized, high-temperature asbestos melting furnace.
The "NK-1000" is an asbestos melting furnace that achieves complete harmless treatment of all types of asbestos, including chrysotile, which has a melting point of 1,521°C, through a direct surface melting method. With a newly developed special burner and inner wall material, it can melt materials at high temperatures ranging from 1,450 to 1,800°C, making it possible to process harmful substances such as dioxins. Additionally, it has a low initial cost, significantly reducing equipment expenses during installation. 【Features】 ■ Complete harmless treatment of asbestos ■ High-temperature melting at 1,450°C to 1,800°C suppresses the generation of dioxins ■ Emulsion combustion method reduces the generation of CO ■ Low initial cost ■ Running costs are less than 30% of competitor products *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
