Are you in the habit of cleaning the grease trap? We recommend the "Pig Oil-Only Economy Mat," which absorbs only oil without soaking up water!
A grease trap is a device that slows down wastewater and prevents disruption of flow, allowing for the separation and collection of food waste and grease contained in the wastewater. It is mandatory to install in commercial kitchens and requires daily cleaning. However, we have received feedback that "it is difficult to make cleaning the grease trap a habit due to the effort involved." Therefore, we would like to introduce a mat that can be floated on the grease trap to quickly collect grease in a short time, absorbing only the oil. This is recommended as it allows for quicker cleaning of the grease trap! *For more details, please contact us or refer to the PDF data.
