【Hot Air Generation Device】 Simultaneously high temperature and large flow rate *Technical documentation available
A hot air generation device that simultaneously achieves high temperature and large flow rate! Introducing its performance with graphs.
The "Hot Air Generation Device" from Teitokusha is a device that can maintain high-temperature, high-flow hot air. It reaches 1000°C in just 5 minutes after switching on, allowing you to use it only when needed. Despite its large capacity, it has a compact design that does not waste space. Our company offers comprehensive services from consultation to installation, operation, and regular inspections. We also provide demo units for rental, so please feel free to contact us. 【Features】 ■ Simultaneously achieves high temperature (1000°C) and high flow rate (1Nm3/min) ■ Reaches 1000°C in 5 minutes after switching on ■ Compact design despite large capacity ■ Includes control panel and blower ■ Comprehensive service *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Technical Data】 ■Performance Curve Relationship between Airflow and Hot Air Temperature Difference at Fixed Power (Refer to the first graph on the top) This graph represents the performance of airflow and temperature when the hot air generation device is activated. At a power consumption of 28kW, when the hot air is at 1000°C, the airflow is 1.2Nm³/min, indicating that our design of "1000°C/1Nm³/min" is ample. Additionally, by reducing power consumption, it is possible to achieve 1000°C with a lower airflow. ■Pressure Loss Curve (Refer to the second graph on the top) Pressure loss refers to the force that escapes before being transmitted to the receiving side when air is supplied. As the temperature rises, gases expand, resulting in approximately a fourfold difference between room temperature and 1000°C. In our hot air generation device, at 28kW, the pressure loss is 0.3kPa at room temperature (1Nm³/min) and 1.2kPa at 1000°C (1Nm³/min), indicating that it has less energy loss compared to other hot air generation devices. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since its founding in 1891, we have progressed as a manufacturer specializing in refractory materials and continue to produce refractory bricks and insulators for electric furnaces. Our main products today are industrial electric heaters, and we excel in the design and manufacturing of heaters for electric furnaces that operate in harsh environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, creating them to order. Using metal heating elements, we provide electric furnace heaters that can withstand temperatures up to 1200°C, which are used in furnaces for processes such as carburizing and quenching of iron, as well as bending glass. Additionally, as a new product, we have successfully developed and commercialized a hot air generation device by combining metal heating element processing technology with ceramic insulator manufacturing technology. Our motto is to thoroughly address our customers' concerns and challenges and to stay with them until solutions are found. Based on the technology and know-how cultivated over more than 125 years of history and achievements, we are ready to assist with any inquiries related to heat.
