The PDMS chip is replaceable and can be sterilized! A low-pulsation chip pump that incorporates the functions of a delivery pump into the PDMS chip. Customization is also possible.
The "Disposable Flow Cytometer Low Pulsation Chip Pump" is a product handled by Takasago Electric Industry. It incorporates the function of a peristaltic pump into a PDMS chip, rotating rollers while compressing an Ω-shaped flow path to directly deliver liquid within the chip. The PDMS chip is replaceable and can also undergo sterilization. Additionally, it significantly reduces the pulsation that was a drawback of conventional peristaltic chip pumps, lowering it to a level suitable for use in flow cytometers and cell sorters. 【Features】 ■ Incorporates the function of a peristaltic pump into a PDMS chip, rotating rollers while compressing an Ω-shaped flow path to directly deliver liquid within the chip. ■ The PDMS chip is replaceable and can also undergo sterilization. ■ Significantly reduces the pulsation that was a drawback of conventional peristaltic chip pumps to a level suitable for use in flow cytometers and cell sorters. ■ Customizable specifications to match the flow path shape of the chip. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
