Also known as a retort sterilization device! Pursuing "safety" and "deliciousness" with a hot water jet system.
The "SGC Series" achieves more uniform heating by adding a shower that sprays from the sides, in addition to the usual hot water spraying from above. It allows for precise heating control over a wide range from low temperature (60°C) to high temperature (130°C). Additionally, it is equipped with a standard F-value monitor function, which is essential for evaluating sterilization, so you can immediately understand the degree of sterilization. The sterilization tanks are available in four sizes: 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, and 1200mm, and you can choose between a standard type and a water-saving type. We can also accommodate larger sizes over 1200mm, so please feel free to consult us. 【Features】 ■ Hot water jet type: Additional shower spraying from the sides ■ Precise heating control from low to high temperatures ■ Standard F-value monitor function equipped ■ Available in two types: standard and water-saving ■ Capable of accommodating larger sizes over 1200mm *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.
