The compact and high-precision automatic appearance inspection device, the i series, is capable of handling various appearance inspections, including bottles.
Using our in-house image processing equipment and cameras, our experienced staff will propose the optimal inspection system for our customers. Even workpieces that are typically difficult to inspect due to product step differences can be inspected using our original algorithm's multi-vector search and our in-house multiple imager cameras. Additionally, a remote control function can be added as an option. This allows for the management of multiple visual inspection devices without being near the inspection machine. We contribute to your quality control with high-precision and stable inspections.
