【Processing Technology】 ■ Turret Punching We have introduced the high-performance Amada punching machine EM2510NT. This machine achieves a high hit rate of 500 hits per minute and high productivity with its newly developed AC servo direct twin drive. It is capable of high-quality finishing and processing of free shapes with fine contouring for material thickness up to t2.3. ■ Laser Processing We use carbon dioxide lasers for drilling and cutting, achieving flexible and precise finishes. The processing thickness ranges from less than 1mm to a maximum of 25mm, and we employ Hyper Easy Cut, which has rust prevention effects for iron-based materials. ■ Shearing We cut metal sheets to any desired size. The frame, constructed from steel plates, boasts high stability during processing. This significantly reduces handling scratches and greatly improves yield in sheet cutting, allowing for high-quality processing without cumulative errors. ■ Iron Worker This shape steel processing machine demonstrates flexibility and power in cutting, drilling, and notching various types of shape steel.
