Insulation and anti-corrosion water-based coating material "2LP Coat" 【*For factory roof construction!】
More than twice the insulation of regular insulating paint! With high insulation effectiveness, it keeps warmth in winter and coolness in summer! An insulating anti-rust water-based coating material that can be applied directly to rusty roofs.
The "2LP Coat (Long Life Paint Coat)" is an insulating, rust-proof, water-based coating material that combines mineral materials and acrylic silicone resin. Compared to conventional insulating paints, it offers more than double the insulation effect, keeping warmth in during winter and coolness in summer. Additionally, it can be directly applied to rusty steel plate roofs and slate roofs, making it suitable for repairing aging factory roofs. After application, it is resistant to rust, increases durability, and helps suppress indoor temperature rises, allowing for cost savings through both maintenance reduction and energy savings. 【Features】 ■ High insulation effect: Prevents heat intrusion and release, maintaining indoor temperature. ■ High rust prevention effect: Prevents rust erosion, protecting valuable buildings. ■ High weather resistance / high durability: Long-lasting use reduces running costs. ■ Flexibility: Strong against expansion and contraction, with excellent adherence that prevents peeling. ■ Applicability: Can be directly applied to rusty roofs. *For details, please refer to the PDF available for download.

Company information
We are engaged in the manufacturing and sales of tile and ceramic glazes, Aqua Nano Coat (inorganic paint), and repair tiles in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture. Over the years, we have cultivated the know-how to create, adjust, and synthesize the colors, surfaces, and gloss that our customers have requested. If you are having trouble with the colors of glazes or tiles, please feel free to consult us. Additionally, we offer a high-performance ceramic coating agent called "Aqua Nano Coat" (inorganic paint), which is a hydrophilic and dirt-resistant ceramic paint (low-temperature glaze). Due to its high hardness, it is resistant to scratches and excels in chemical resistance, heat resistance, and weather resistance. It is also an environmentally friendly paint as it does not use organic substances. It is commonly used in areas prone to oil stains, such as range hoods and around sinks. Furthermore, it is expected to be utilized in a wide range of fields, including as a heat-resistant adhesive and for processing parts in factory lines that require cleaning.
