- Forming bags from tubular rolls made of plastic and high-precision fully automatic filling of powdered products. - Cables and sensors are housed inside the casing, making it difficult for dust and powder to accumulate. - Uses an uncoated electropolished stainless steel frame. - The threads of the bolts are not exposed, preventing dust accumulation and making cleaning easy. - Nitrogen can be filled into the bags along with the products, allowing for long-term preservation of product quality. - During filling, a vibration rod is inserted into the bag to vibrate the product, promoting volume reduction of the product. - Processing capacity: 300 to 400 bags per hour (20 kg bags). - Filling amount range: 10 to 25 kg.
