A scallop shell removal device that resolves the issue of difficulty in securing new workers due to staff shortages.
Our company offers the "Scallop Gut Removal Device," which achieves the manual movement necessary to reliably remove only the gut without damaging the scallop's adductor muscle. While the limit for human workers was processing 1,200 pieces per hour, this device can process up to 6,000 pieces per hour, significantly improving productivity. Additionally, it ensures quality while enhancing production capacity, allowing for flexible responses to fluctuations in catch volume. 【Features】 - By automating the gut removal process for scallops with a robot, productivity is dramatically increased. - It replicates movements similar to those of skilled workers, ensuring that only the gut is removed. *Please feel free to contact us for more details.*
