A compact ultra-high-speed device with a single-axis design!
The "Geothermal and Waste Heat Recovery Turbine Generator" is a turbine that uses natural refrigerants such as ammonia, hydrocarbon fluids, and alternative refrigerants as working fluids, with a capacity range of 10-3000 kW. It incorporates dynamic pressure gas bearings and a permanent magnet high-speed generator. Since it does not use lubricating oil, it improves the performance of heat exchangers and prevents contamination, eliminating the need for seals on pumps, tanks, and coolers. [Development Examples] - Water/Ammonia: 50,000 rpm, 100 kW, outer diameter 400 mm, length 800 mm - Ammonia: 30,000 rpm, 50 kW - R245fa: 25,000 rpm, 30 kW *Please feel free to contact us for more details.
