"Asparadon" is an image processing sorting system suitable for large, curved asparagus like those grown in open fields, allowing for stable differentiation. Its integrated structure makes it easy to move and set up. Workers manually load asparagus into the bucket. The loaded asparagus is automatically cut to a fixed length by a root cutting device, and the cut roots are discharged outside the machine. Additionally, the image processing unit features a high-speed, high-precision image processing system that controls a total of five CCD cameras (including one color camera) to instantly differentiate size, tip opening, tip curvature, flatness, hollowness, overall curvature, red roots, and white roots.
