User report being presented! Utilizing "ISOLUTE SLE+" for analysis preprocessing.

This document introduces a case study utilizing the improved silica gel "ISOLUTE SLE+" for the sample preparation of vitamin D analysis using LC-MS/MS. At Chiba University Graduate School of Medicine and its affiliated hospital, the development of a vitamin D analysis method using LC-MS/MS is underway, and products from Biotage, such as "ISOLUTE SLE+", are employed in the sample preparation process. "ISOLUTE SLE+" is a sample preparation product modified for the analysis of biological samples, using a special silica gel that enhances recovery rates and reproducibility through strict particle size control and QC testing. It is based on a liquid-liquid extraction method that removes proteins and phospholipids from biological samples such as plasma and urine, allowing for the extraction of target compounds.
