basic information

【Overview】 ■Modification of Infeed and Outfeed using Speed Tension Control - Tension is stable, preventing misalignment and lateral displacement. - Sensitivity can be adjusted by the operator, preventing hunting and allowing operation at the appropriate sensitivity, thus eliminating losses. - Shock during switching is not transmitted to the printing unit, reducing losses during axis switching. ■Modification of Winding Machine using Torque Tension Control - Tension is stable, achieving neat winding without wrinkles or lateral displacement. - Control of crease line taper is possible, especially preventing wrinkles in thin materials. - The acceleration speed of the new axis is linked to the line speed, and the operator can set the acceleration tension and new axis tension, reducing losses during switching. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
