At Shimin Iron Works, we manufacture prototypes from ADC12 block material without cavities and have extensive processing experience in industries such as automotive and machine tools. We are a Japanese precision machining company specializing in prototype and low-volume production. Our strength is machining complex parts directly from solid material using CNC machining centers, including parts that are difficult to produce by conventional automated machining services. We have extensive experience in automotive prototype parts and various industrial components, and our facility is equipped mainly with Okuma machining centers. We also supply ADC12 sheet material and round bars. ADC12 parts can be machined directly from solid stock, making them suitable for prototype evaluation before die-casting production, without the casting voids that may occur in actual die-cast parts.
