Reduction of parts count and process reduction
[ Challenges of Conventional Technology ] Due to the shape of having V-shaped blades inside a high roundness cylindrical form, it is difficult to achieve precision in forming and roundness with conventional methods, and it could only be composed of two parts. [ Solutions Achieved by JKB ] We secured a roundness of less than 0.1mm using progressive stamping and successfully incorporated V-shaped blades inside the cylindrical form, resulting in a reduction of the number of parts by half and a decrease in the process of assembling and welding two parts.
