Gear Pump "HG Series"

Gear pump using the "missing circle gear" invented ahead of the world.

The "HG Series" is a general electric horizontal internal bearing gear pump manufactured by Daiko Machinery Industry, handled by Sanko Shoji. The gear profile features the standard "eccentric gear," a one-point continuous contact gear invented ahead of the world. It uses an internal bearing structure with a self-lubricating method through the liquid being pumped, making it suitable for liquids with lubricating properties. The allowable range of misalignment at the shaft coupling between the pump and the electric motor is less than 0.1mm on the coupling side and less than 0.1mm on the coupling end face at a rotational speed of 2000 to 500 min-1. 【Features】 ■ The gear profile is the standard "eccentric gear" with one-point continuous contact. ■ The maximum operating oil temperature is 80°C. ■ It has an internal bearing structure with a self-lubricating method through the liquid being pumped. ■ Suitable for liquids with lubricating properties. ■ Shaft seals: mechanical seal type and gland packing type are available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
