Gear Pump "NHG Series"

The "eccentric gear," a point contact gear invented ahead of the world, is a standard gear pump.

The "NHG Series" is a general electric horizontal low-pressure gear pump with internal bearing, manufactured by Daiko Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. and handled by Sanko Shoji. The gear profile features the "eccentric gear," a one-point continuous contact gear that was conceived ahead of the world. It uses an internal bearing and a self-lubricating method through the liquid being pumped, making it suitable for liquids with lubricating properties. The discharge volume is measured at a discharge pressure of 0.60 MPa and a viscosity of 25.8 mm²/s.
