Qmin—Sil electric fusion silica is a product made from high-purity quartz ore sourced from China, produced through an electric melting method that creates amorphous silicon dioxide (SiO2) at melting temperatures of 1800-2000°C. It is processed through specialized equipment involving crushing, polishing, foreign matter removal, demagnetization, and sieving. The product is available in lump, granular, and powdered forms and is used as a proprietary material for melting crucibles.
