Qmin-Sil series, high-purity crystalline silica for electronic and electrical applications: We select high-grade raw materials from the source and refine them using our specialized technology, followed by processes such as polishing, sieving, and drying to produce the final product. It is widely used in electronic, electrical, and other electrical applications.

Qmin—Sil electric fusion quartz is a product made from high-purity quartz raw materials sourced from China, produced through an electric melting process that involves melting silica (SiO2) at temperatures between 1800 and 2000°C. It is processed through specialized equipment that includes crushing, grinding, foreign matter removal, demagnetization, and sieving. The product is available in lump, granular, and powder forms and is used as a proprietary material for refractories (such as heat-resistant ceramics and heat-resistant ceramic rollers).

Q-SIL series silica ultrafine powder is produced using a ceramic ball mill, resulting in a product with low impurities. It has high purity (SiO2 99.8%), low moisture content, and is a white powdery product. It is produced using our specialized equipment and technology, ensuring stable particle size distribution and ultra-fine characteristics. At the same time, to ensure product quality, we use Malvern's Zetasizer (a particle size analysis device) to inspect the particle size distribution of the product.

Low-alpha fused silica is stably mass-produced and applied in various industries as advanced sealing material. Uranium levels are below 1 PPb, and the particle size distribution can be controlled. Upon request, we can provide detailed materials, and we also accept custom-made products.
