Measurement software for machine tools
The measurement software M3MH for machine tools, developed by our company using proven M3 technology, enables the optimization of machining processes. With the installation of this software, direct communication with the control units of 3-axis and 5-axis machining machines becomes possible through easy connection, allowing for on-machine measurement, rapid setup, and machine verification using a tetrahedron. It is also easy to handle; if you have CAD, you can program directly offline and verify probe contact with the program's simulation function. It allows for vertical contact with the surface of the measurement object in 5-axis, and can use different alignments to measure complex geometries, dimensional tolerances, and geometric tolerances. It contributes to reducing processing time, improving reliability through advanced traceability, real-time process control, detecting trends in machining, and preventing defects.
