Hotspot Finder GPS-linked Radiation Dose Rate Automatic Recording System
High sensitivity HSF-1 High dose HSF-2
A radiation map just by walking. It has received high praise in the Ministry of the Environment's "Demonstration Experiment of Measurement Devices Linked with GPS" and is widely adopted by municipalities in Fukushima Prefecture.
The "Hotspot Finder" is a GPS-linked radiation spatial dose rate automatic recording system that was adopted in the Ministry of the Environment's fiscal year 2013 demonstration test "Demonstration Test of Measurement Devices Linked with GPS" and received high praise. The radiation spatial dose rate measured every second as it moves on a digital map is automatically plotted, creating a radiation spatial dose rate map that clearly shows hotspots at a glance. There are numerous achievements with administrative agencies, general contractors, monitoring service companies, and citizen groups across the country within Fukushima Prefecture, allowing anyone to easily measure high-precision radiation spatial dose rates. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with a super high-sensitivity gamma (radiation) detector that combines a large-capacity CsI(TI) scintillator and a semiconductor detector MPPC (Multi-Pixel Photon Counter) ■ Fast response speed, graphing changes in radiation spatial dose rate every second ■ Energy spectrum display measurement mode allows confirmation of radiation cesium from nuclear accident origins ■ Automatic data saving of radiation spatial dose rate, measurement date and time, and GPS data every second ■ Measurement results can be displayed on the screen captured by a web camera. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
