The "FTW-50" is a winder/reel machine that traverses and winds carrier tape and tear tape onto a bobbin without a flange. The winding shaft has five vertical axes, winding in five rows to the left and right of the drive unit, allowing for a total of 50 windings in a compact space. Furthermore, the winding control is managed by an electromagnetic powder clutch and a tension control based on winding diameter calculations, with five-axis control. 【Features】 - The traverse unit uses an AC servo motor. - No complicated adjustments are needed for changing winding pitch or traverse width. - Slitters can be selected between a micro slitter (M-II type) for slit widths of 5mm or less and a shear cut slitter (FSK-D type) for widths of 5mm or more. - Alternatively, it can be docked with your existing slitter. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
