Sakai Shindōjo is a "manufacturer of faucet pipe fittings" that conducts integrated production from materials to processing. To achieve high quality, speed, and mass production, we have introduced NC lathes and developed three types of special tools. The background for this introduction was the belief that by developing spinning processing technology using NC lathes, we could enhance quality, and by combining it with industrial robots, we could improve productivity.
