We would like to introduce a case study of the logistics system for medical and pharmaceutical products, 'Medical-Vision'. A major domestic pharmaceutical manufacturer faced the challenge of needing to switch their logistics system to a logistics outsourcing model while simultaneously transitioning from their existing wholesale logistics system to a direct sales logistics system. In response, we proposed 'Medical-Vision', a cloud logistics system specialized for medical and pharmaceutical products. 【Implementation Effects (Excerpt)】 ■ Supports various basic document types (such as TA1 and TA2), special documents for mass retailers, and shipping labels. 〈Implementation Results〉 - 17 types of dedicated documents, 58 types of PD labels, 18 types of center delivery notes, and 3 types of dedicated shipping invoices. ■ Flexibly accommodates communication with various material handling equipment that differ by center. 〈Implementation Results〉 - Integration with automated warehouse systems: 6 locations (communication method: TCP/IP socket, FTP) - Integration with return sorters: 1 location (communication method: FTP) (scheduled to be operational in September 2018) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
