[PRO Specification] Electrolytic High-Concentration Ozone Water Generator Ozone Buster PRO
Just immerse it in water and turn on the power. In just 5 minutes, 50 liters of water becomes high-concentration ozone water with over 1 ppm!
The features of the Ozone Buster series are that it is inexpensive, small, and can immediately generate high-concentration ozone water. These are the three main points. The Ozone Buster PRO is a large-capacity version positioned for commercial use within the Ozone Buster series. Compared to the entry-level model, the Ozone Buster, it has three times the capacity. The general selling price for machines that can produce ozone water with a concentration of 2 ppm or higher is about 500,000 to 1,000,000 yen. In comparison, the Ozone Buster PRO is priced at an astonishing 99,000 yen. ■ Simply immerse it in water and turn on the power to immediately generate high-concentration ozone water. ■ It can reach a high concentration of over 5 ppm, providing very high sterilization effects. ■ It can treat 10 to 50 liters of water to a concentration of over 1 ppm in just about 5 minutes. (For 20 liters of water, it reaches about 2 ppm in around 5 minutes, and for 50 liters, it reaches a high concentration of over 1 ppm in about 5 minutes.) ■ It maintains a high ozone concentration even in water temperatures above 40 degrees. ■ Ozone gas is generated very little, making it safe. ■ It is compact, with a diameter of 8 cm and a height of 15 cm. ■ It weighs only 1.35 kilograms (including the cord and power supply). ■ Priced at 99,000 yen, it is overwhelmingly low-cost. ■ It comes with a one-year free repair warranty.

basic information
【Specifications】 Power Supply: AC100-240V 50/60Hz DC12V 60W Body Diameter: 8cm Body Height: 15cm Body Weight: 1.35kg (including cord and power supply) Ozone Water Raw Material: General tap water Processing Capacity: Approximately 10-50L (patch type) Usage Technology: Low voltage electrolysis Electrode Lifespan: 2,000 hours Safety Device: Power cutoff device during heating ■ About Ozone Ozone disinfects and decomposes odor sources during its return to oxygen, effectively deodorizing. While chlorine also disinfects and deodorizes powerfully, it leaves residues. For example, washing food with chlorine leaves chlorine residues on the food, resulting in lingering odors. In the case of ozone, the ozone after cleaning returns to oxygen, leaving no residues. ■ Required Concentration of Ozone Water for Disinfection Ozone water has a strong disinfecting effect, but not all ozone water can easily disinfect anything. The concentration of ozone dissolved in water needs to be at least 1ppm, preferably above 2ppm, to expect significant disinfection effects. The Ozone Buster PRO easily generates high-concentration ozone water of 3-5ppm or more, providing powerful disinfection.

Applications/Examples of results
Ozone busters are mainly used for disinfection purposes. Additionally, ozone water has strong bleaching and cleaning effects, so it is also used in cleaning stores, pet shops, and other places like beauty salons.
Detailed information
-
The Ozone Buster PRO is very compact despite its high performance. It is small enough to fit in both hands, making it easy to carry.
-
The Ozone Buster PRO generating ozone water. There are two methods for generating ozone water: the "electrolytic method" and the "bubbling method." The Ozone Buster PRO generates ozone water using the "electrolytic method." In the bubbling method, the maximum ozone concentration in ozone water is about 1 ppm, but with the electrolytic method adopted by the Ozone Buster PRO, the ozone water generator can produce high-concentration ozone water of 3-5 ppm.
-
The Ozone Buster PRO is used by overseas marine and army forces. It is utilized for sterilizing water obtained from sources such as lakes and rivers for drinking during field deployment. To make it suitable for military use, we provide a filter that removes fine debris and particles before the water is turned into ozone water at the electrode part of the Ozone Buster PRO. Therefore, while the design and usage of this product may differ somewhat, it boasts high durability and performance that can be used even in harsh environments like training grounds.

Company information
Our company has been importing and selling industrial machinery such as ozone generators since 2012. Initially, we produced high-quality products at low prices through OEM production at contracted factories in China and sold them in the Japanese market. We believed that by directly producing and selling, we could provide high-quality products at low prices, and thanks to this, we received tremendous acclaim, resulting in transactions with thousands of companies across Japan, from small retailers to large corporations. We have now started to handle high-quality Japanese products as well and are challenging not only the Japanese market but also the global market. Ozone Mart's ozone generators offer a wide variety, ranging from entry models that keep costs down through mass production of thousands of units via OEM to high-quality models produced domestically in Japan.
