It can be attached and detached at any necessary timing during curing, making it suitable for cold weather concrete measures and preventing temperature cracking due to internal restraint in mass concrete. Field Adaptation Case Study: 1) Application Situation: Bridge piers located in the riverbed of the Tohoku region. Concrete was poured during the cold period (from March to early April), and this insulated formwork pad was used as a cold weather curing measure. 2) Application Results: A total of 4,080 insulated formwork pads were installed, with an installation period of 3 days and a removal period of 1 day, allowing for easy and short-term construction. The formwork at the ends of the bridge piers had a curved surface with a radius of 2.25 meters, which seemed difficult to install, but due to the flexibility of this product, it could be installed without coming loose.
