The EIL burner is a nozzle mix type burner that produces a high-brightness long soft flame. It has a large turndown ratio, achieving stable combustion across the entire range of combustion volume. Stable combustion is obtained across the entire range of combustion volume, with no concern for backfire in low combustion areas. It provides combustion that suppresses oxidation with a slow long flame, suitable for aluminum melting furnaces. The structure is easy to disassemble for maintenance.
