The MAC-735 is an external diameter appearance inspection device that rapidly inspects, identifies, and records the appearance (deformations, scratches, dirt, etc.) of cylindrical and pin-shaped workpieces. It is capable of high-speed inspection and identification processing (e.g., less than 1 second per cycle). It can also detect minute deformations, scratches, and dirt, demonstrating excellent scalability for various types of workpieces. The device automatically corrects for any tilt in the workpiece during inspection.
