A compact waterproof connector that is the second installment of the "FW Series"! We have developed a compact waterproof connector "FWS Series" (relay type) with a 2.0mm pitch. This series is a miniaturized version of the 5.0mm pitch waterproof connector "FW Series," which we have already begun selling. Aiming for a new form of crimp connector, we have created connectors that meet customer needs by adding unprecedented features such as drawer connectors and dual cable crimp connectors. 【Features】 - Waterproof performance: Complies with IP67 - Achieves industry-leading compactness and low profile as a 2.0mm pitch connector. - High-reliability design enabled by four-point contact with our unique male and female identical terminals. - Since the crimp terminals are male and female identical, a common crimp applicator can be used, and the cable seal/seal ring is built into the housing, allowing for reduced labor during assembly. - Available in 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 poles. The TSL series is a next-generation harness that enables differential high-speed transmission of 32Gbps with a harness length of 1,000mm (see Photo 1). With a 0.55mm pitch and 31 pins, it allows for a transmission of 320Gbps using 10 differential pairs (AWG#32 coaxial wiring with 20 wires). Another feature of this series is that by combining it with the high-performance coaxial cable "RUOTA" from Tokyo Special Cable Co., Ltd. (TOTOKU), it achieves low loss and low skew. *"RUOTA" is a registered trademark of Tokyo Special Cable Co., Ltd. Registration No. 5594596. Additionally, our company guarantees the quality of the harness products. The harness assembly is performed at our designated factory, and we conduct a thorough inspection of all units before delivery, ensuring you can use it with confidence. We have developed a 30mm stack height type of the high-speed transmission compatible 0.5mm pitch floating connector "DT Series." Previously, the stack height of the DT Series was adjusted on the plug side, but this time we have developed a type that raises the stack height on the receptacle side by 10mm. By combining it with the 20mm stack height type on the plug side, we achieve a stack height of 30mm. As a feature of the 10mm raised stack height type, the floating amount (movable amount) has been increased to ±1.0mm, which is double the ±0.5mm of the conventional products in the XY direction. While the floating amount has increased, the board footprint has been reduced by 8% compared to conventional products. It also supports high-speed transmission, enabling high-speed serial transmission equivalent to 8Gbps. The stack height variations can accommodate eight different stack heights ranging from 18mm to 30mm by fitting with the existing plug side. There are seven types of pin counts available, ranging from 30 pins to 140 pins.
