Only the parallel part of the test specimen can be heated! An electric furnace that shortens the testing time and is easy to operate.
Conventional high-temperature electric furnaces are large, split-type units that take a long time for specimen installation, heating, high-temperature testing, and specimen removal, limiting the number of tests that can be conducted in a day. Our "Thin Plate and Fine Wire High-Temperature Tensile Electric Furnace" is a compact and highly efficient electric furnace that can heat only the parallel section of the specimen, significantly reducing testing time and simplifying operation. 【Main Specifications】 ■ Specimen Dimensions: JIS No. 13B specimen, thickness: 1mm or less, wire diameter: 1mm or less ■ Testing Temperature: Room temperature to 600℃ ±1.5℃ ■ Specimen Heating Time: 10 min. ■ Temperature Control Device: Thyristor P.I.D control, single-phase 200V 1KVA *For more details, please visit the external link page or feel free to contact us.
