The XiR M6660 is a general-purpose radio manufactured by Motorola as part of the MOTOTRBO series. A license application is required, but individual qualifications are not necessary. It is a high-output vehicle-mounted radio with a maximum output of 25W in the Motorola MOTOTRBO series. When combined with a stabilized power supply, it can be installed in offices at factories or construction sites for use as a base station. MOTOTRBO is Motorola's proprietary digital radio system that complies with the globally recognized DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) standard.
