Significantly improved machinability of powder metallurgy (comparison video)
The video shows a non-impregnated product. Although powder metallurgy is said to be difficult to process due to intermittent cutting, it has been found that the workability significantly improves with resin impregnation. When comparing impregnated and non-impregnated products, it is said that the cutting resistance is reduced to 1/5 to 1/6. In recent years, the performance of processing machines, cutting tools, and oils has also improved, but the effects of resin impregnation are particularly beneficial for difficult-to-cut parts. Please give it a try.
