Winner of the Grand Prize at the 8th Shibusawa Eiichi Business Award. Technical explanation materials are being distributed. Also for the repair and maintenance of roller conveyors.
The "Weston Roller" is a brushless motor roller that achieves significantly greater torque compared to conventional motors, allowing for the easy transportation of heavy loads. It can be directly connected to a 100V power supply, eliminating the need for separate equipment like a DC power source. This helps to reduce initial installation costs, construction expenses, and maintenance costs. It is designed and developed specifically for our motors, with both the motors and drivers manufactured entirely in Japan. Control features such as regenerative braking, on-demand alignment operation, and soft start/stop are also possible. It has a smart design equipped with a high-precision plastic cover that minimizes dust intrusion and an aluminum heat dissipation base. It is also suitable for the repair and maintenance of roller conveyors. 【Features】 ■ Continuous operation specification ■ Multifunctional dedicated driver ■ Easy to install and remove, compatible with both new and existing setups ■ Winner of the "2018 Super Monozukuri Parts Grand Prize" in the Machinery and Robotics category ■ Winner of the Grand Prize at the "8th Eiichi Shibusawa Business Award" (Technology category) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
