CleanTech handles purification, cleaning, and cleaning devices for lubricants and hydraulic oils. Since its establishment, we have been engaged in research on lubrication management and have developed and sold an electrostatic oil purification machine that cleans oil using electric power. Oxidation products of oil have high viscosity, adsorb to metal surfaces, and act like glue, sticking to other contaminants like a flypaper. The sliding surfaces become sandpaper-like, and when the sliding body moves over this surface, stick-slip occurs. This document explains a series of investigation contents.
