Long-term use in harsh environments is possible! The pointer is moved non-contact through magnetic force, making it resistant to vibrations and pulsations, and it has excellent durability.
The "MGG type" is a magnet-type gearless pressure gauge that is resistant to vibrations and pulsations, allowing for long-term use in harsh environments. The pressure gauge, which produces over 10 million units annually, displays pressure values using gears (amplification mechanisms) rather than Bourdon tubes. During pressure measurement of equipment that generates vibrations, such as pumps, the wear on the gears due to vibrations and pulsations is severe, and most failures are caused by gear wear. This product moves the pointer non-contact using magnetic force instead of gears, making it highly resistant to vibrations and pulsations, and exceptionally durable. 【Features】 ■ Strong against vibrations and pulsations, enabling long-term use in harsh environments ■ Enhanced vibration resistance ■ Maintenance is possible ■ Pricing based on conventional products *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 ■ Magnetic Gears - The parts that were traditionally driven by gears have been replaced with magnets, allowing for the installation of high-precision magnets on the pinion shaft and sector, achieving greater accuracy than before. ■ Stopper - A stopper has been installed to prevent the pointer from moving to the next position due to sudden excessive pressure or drops. ■ Shock Absorption Device - Since vibrations and pulsations are transmitted from the Bourdon tube to the internal mechanism (amplification mechanism), a shock absorption device is installed at the connection point to protect the internal mechanism. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
