The pressure gauge, which produces over 10 million units annually, displays pressure values using gears (amplification mechanisms) rather than Bourdon tubes. During pressure measurement of equipment that generates vibrations, such as pumps, the wear on the gears due to vibrations and pulsations is severe, and most failures are caused by gear wear.
