We can accommodate work dimensions from small items (3mm) to large items (4m). Our specialized technicians will respond to all requests, from rust removal and corrosion removal, paint stripping and oxide film removal, to matte finishing and exterior decorative processing. Our company has a solid track record of over 60 years as one of the few specialized blast processing companies, and we have introduced more than 40 various blast machines for shot blasting and sandblasting equipment. ■ Surface Treatment Division We handle shot blasting and sandblasting processes for products ranging from extremely small items with a base of about 3mm to large products over 5 meters. We mainly work with materials such as aluminum, zinc, iron, stainless steel, and brass, and we offer services including rust (corrosion) removal, paint stripping, plating removal, cleaning of scratches and dirt, burr removal, cutting mark elimination, removal of welding burn slag and spatter, hardness improvement, and decorative processing (final blasting process). Currently, we mainly polish musical instrument products. ■ Precision Cutting Division We are well-equipped with the latest FANUC RoboDrills, Brother machining centers, and Tsugami NC lathes. Our main focus is on cutting die-cast products and iron and zinc materials. ■ Metal Solvent Coating Division We can provide integrated production from rust prevention coating after blasting to finishing coating. We have a painting booth and hoist equipment.
