The "KVR-AV" is an auto-valve type vacuum chuck that does not require masking. Simply place the workpiece, apply the processing fluid, and turn the valve. The suction port that is not in contact with the workpiece automatically closes, eliminating the need for cumbersome masking and allowing for immediate processing. It is suitable for clamping non-ferrous metals and non-magnetic materials, and for grinding operations on plastics, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, ceramics, glass, and more in machine tools.
