The "Osaka Takumi School" is a private skill inheritance facility established on July 11, 2014, through the collaboration of three companies centered around Techno Staff, funded solely by private sources in a short period of three months. Over three years, 1,000 skilled workers have graduated from the program. This time, we have expanded our operations with the opportunity to take on the production technology functions of Yamazato Industry Co., Ltd. in Takatsuki City, while also fulfilling the role of skill inheritance. 【Training Course】 ■ Mechanical and Electrical Training Program We conduct practical training in machining (lathe, milling machine, machining center, etc.) and finishing processes (machine assembly, mold finishing, electronic device assembly, electrical maintenance, mechanical drafting, mechanical inspection, mechanical maintenance, etc.), as well as QC and BC certification to apply national skill certification in practice. ■ Welding Program We conduct arc welding, semi-automatic gas welding, TIG welding, and more. 【Classrooms】 ■ Equipped with a space for 100 people, with plans for original seminars. ■ For those who struggle with theoretical subjects, we also offer specialized training seminars. 【Instructors】 ■ Mechanical and Electrical Composed of 20 veteran engineers and skilled workers, mainly consisting of former production engineers from Matsushita Electric (now Panasonic), Daikin, and Mitsubishi Electric. ■ Welding Composed of 10 members, mainly consisting of former employees from Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Kansai Electric Power, and Mitsubishi Electric. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
