This document presents product design examples of semiconductor manufacturing equipment handled by Adrise Co., Ltd. We received a request from a customer to refresh the design of their existing machinery and equipment, aiming for a sophisticated product design that would not be outdone by European machinery manufacturers. Additionally, they wanted the overall impression of the machinery to have a calm color tone. In response, we increased the window area to enhance internal visibility and create a sense of openness. 【Design Challenges So Far】 ■ The window size is small, resulting in low visibility. ■ There are many screws on the cover surface. ■ The stainless steel cover surface is warped. ■ In the acrylic skeleton configuration, screws are exposed, making it look cheap. ■ It is tall and feels oppressive. 【Industrial Design】 ■ The product design features a larger window area to enhance internal visibility and create a sense of openness. ■ By adding a red line horizontally on the machine and placing red handles, the silhouette is emphasized, making it appear longer horizontally. ■ By rounding the corners at the top of the machine, the oppressive feeling was alleviated. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
