CMOS voltage detector with delay circuit and manual reset function
The ELM73 series is a CMOS voltage detector IC with a delay function, and the delay time can be adjusted with an external capacitor. It operates with a very low supply current (Typ. 260nA). The ELM73xxxBxxA series features a manual reset function, allowing for manual resets at any time. There are two output styles: N-channel open-drain output and CMOS output. When the supply voltage Vdd drops below the detection voltage, the output level goes low. The detection voltages available as standard are 2.2V, 2.7V, 3.0V, and 4.0V, but they can be customized in the range of 1.4V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments. Since March 2019, a new pin configuration has been established for the SC-70-5 package, making it pin-compatible with NJU770x from NJ Corporation, thus enhancing usability.
