<Instructor Profile> Name: Kengo Oozono Affiliation: Someitech Engineering Office Position: Director Graduated from the Graduate School of Engineering, University of Tokyo, majoring in Material Engineering. Engaged in technology development for optical molds, liquid crystal display materials, semiconductor photomasks, touch panels, and next-generation FPD thin films at Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. Currently, he is the director of Someitech Engineering Office and the IR Engineer Education Research Institute. He has technical experience in electronic devices and semiconductor technology, including deposition, sputtering, plating, etching, photolithography/e-beam lithography, converting, and surface analysis. He has experience in thin film processes ranging from fundamental development using batch prototype machines for semiconductors to world-class inline and roll-to-roll systems. He possesses extensive knowledge in productivity improvement, including thin film property stabilization, reliability enhancement, micro-defect countermeasures, equipment operating rate improvement, maintenance improvement, and cost reduction. Currently, he is mainly involved in supporting various companies in the design, technology development, and marketing of thin films for various next-generation devices. Member of the Japan Association of Professional Engineers, Surface Engineering Society, and Decorative Technology Research Association. Certified Professional Engineer (Metal Division), First-Class Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Applied Information Technology Engineer.
