At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we can manufacture insulation boards using machining processing with plastic resin material called Hemisarl. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, "insulation boards" are often made from thermosetting materials, and many of these items are relatively easy to process. Our company uses machining processing (Mori Seiki) and CADCAM to create programs and processing conditions with a sense of speed. (If you have 2D data, please provide it.)
