By applying a special solvent to the male thread parts of bolts and small screws, the original properties of the threads (tightening force and lubricity) are enhanced. The processing method uses a parts feeder, allowing for semi-automatic application, which results in minimal unevenness and stable effects.

○Reaction Type A highly reactive adhesive that is microencapsulated is applied to the threads of the screw, providing adhesion and sealing functions. (Not removable or reusable) ○Resistance Type A non-adhesive locking treatment using an adhesive-free method with nylon resin or similar materials that excel in elasticity, resilience, wear resistance, and oil resistance is applied to the threads of the screw. (Removable and reusable) ○Seizure Prevention Molybdenum disulfide or graphite, which have excellent lubricating and heat-resistant properties, is applied to the threads of the screw to prevent seizing.
