Perfect for small-scale production such as product development! Enjoy glossy and firm noodles thanks to high-pressure and vacuum extrusion!
The "High-Pressure Vacuum Extruder MV Type" is a compact noodle-making machine capable of high-pressure extrusion in a vacuum state. Since it is continuous, once the powder is loaded into the machine, the work is complete! This significantly reduces labor costs. The extrusion section is equipped with a water-cooling jacket, allowing for temperature control of the noodles. Additionally, the screw is made of all stainless steel through machining, providing excellent strength. It can also be utilized as an industrial powder molding machine beyond noodle production. 【Features】 - Noodles with a firm texture due to high-pressure extrusion and a glossy finish unique to vacuum noodle machines - Equipped with a water-cooling jacket for temperature control of the noodles - Built-in degassing device extruder - Gluten-free noodle production is also possible (proven results with 100% rice flour) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
