During drying, the fluorine component rises to the surface of the hard coat agent to exhibit its functions, and an addition amount of about 1-3% is sufficient. It offers good cost performance. It also demonstrates effectiveness in enhancing abrasion resistance as it co-polymerizes and integrates with the components of the hard coat agent during UV irradiation.
