We would like to introduce a case study of Tsubame Kiko Co., Ltd., which performs cleaning, welding, polishing (grinding), assembly, and inspection of metal products. Our company aimed to achieve short delivery times by outsourcing to multiple local contractors. As a result, we were able to eliminate one step in the pressing process through mold improvements, successfully reducing technical costs by approximately 30 yen per unit due to labor savings.
